The workshop is divided into functional zones for streamlined operation:

• Spinning Zone: Utilizes automatic winding and spinning machines to process polyester and viscose fibers into high-strength yarns. We strictly control yarn evenness and tension to ensure the fabric's durability and texture, with customization available for yarn counts (e.g., 21S, 32S, 40S).
• Weaving Zone: Features modern air-jet and water-jet looms (including weft-stretch weaving equipment) that achieve high-speed and precise weaving.
• Quality Inspection and Finishing Area: After the fabric is knitted, it undergoes automated inspection to detect defects such as yarn breakage or uneven weaving.
