1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM custom orders, the MOQ is 600 PCS per model (available in 2-3 colors). If you choose from our in-stock collection of over 100 fashion styles, the MOQ is reduced to 100 PCS per model.
2. How long does sample and mass production delivery take?
Sample delivery takes 15-25 days after confirming styles and colors. For mass production, the standard delivery time is 75-90 days, while existing stock orders can be shipped in just 7 days.
3. What is the cost of samples and is it refundable?
We ask for a sample cost of US$10.00 per piece. Once you place your first formal bulk order, the sample cost will be fully returned to you.
4. What are the payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit upon placing an order. When the goods are ready for dispatch, we will verify the final quantities and amount, and you can arrange the remaining 70% balance. We accept T/T, Paypal, Credit Card, and Western Union.
5. Do your products hold any certifications?
Yes, all optical frames are CE and UV400 certified. The spectacle frames undergo testing standard compliance under ISO 12870:1997 and EN1881:1999.
