Yes. We charge a sample fee which is fully refundable once a bulk order is placed. Sample lead time is typically 7-10 days.
4. What is the typical production lead time?
Normal production takes around 70 days after order confirmation, depending on the complexity of the design and current seasonal demand.
5. Are there discounts for large volume orders?
Our policy follows a tiered pricing structure: the larger the order quantity, the more competitive the unit price we can offer.
6. What are your accepted payment terms?
For initial orders, we require a 20-30% T/T down payment, with the balance paid via T/T or LC at sight. Terms may be adjusted for repeat clients.
