A: Spot supply (except customized and individual models). If you participate in activities or order large quantities, please consult the customer service in advance about the delivery time. We can send one piece on behalf, because we default to the delivery price list. If you don't need it, please leave a message in the order. Thank you.
QWhat's your way of transportation and how about the freight?
A: The freight depends on your purchase quantity. If the purchase quantity is small, we usually send express (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). If you buy a large quantity, sea transportation, land transportation, air transportation and multimodal transportation are possible. You can communicate with our customer service in detail.
QDo you support customization?
A: Yes, we support customization. Sample customization or picture customization are OK.
QWhat is your minimum order(MOQ)?
A: If it is our stock product, the minimum order quantity of one piece and two pieces is OK. If you want to customize, the minimum order quantity is generally 100 pieces (except for a few products). You can consult our customer service.
QHow about the sample cost?
A: Our sample fee standard is 80-150 (depending on the style of clothes). We will refund the sample fee after ordering bulk production. After the sample is ready, we will make small changes according to your requirements to meet your requirements(excluding harsh requirements). If the whole sample needs to be changed, you need to pay sample fee again.
QCan I put my logo on your clothes?
A: Of course, we are OEM & ODM factory. We support you to customize logo, size, color and style, etc. We can meet all your customization requirements, from fabric selection to finished products. Even your design draft can be sent or pictures can be sent to customer service, and we can do it for you. The minimum order quantity is generally 100 pieces (except for special styles).
