About free samples, Yes. If customers pay the shipping fee, we strongly suggest to take sample for further checking about the quality before place an order. Sample fee can be refund once the order confirmed.

For embroidery/sequins, normally we need around 7 days for developing, and bulk will take around 20 days.
Normally we accept T/T, and L/C at sight, payment term can be negotiate after cooperation.
Normally we make rolls, use plastic bag + poly bag, but some special fabric, we will use loose packing and carton box. Depend on fabric.
